In order to ensure the success of any joint project, our partners and clients are responsible for providing us with all relevant information related to it. Beyond the success of the mandate, the safety of our employees must also be taken into account
Ownership / Confidentiality
Any document, material, or information provided to us or arising from the execution of a mandate is considered confidential. It is understood that during and after the business relationship, we will adhere to our statutory duties, including the obligation to refrain from taking any actions that may involve the use of said confidential information obtained during our mandate, such as a client list and their contact details or a list of prices, rates, or other compensation methods, as well as the use of any intellectual property, including software, databases, or studies. We will use the information solely for the purpose of executing the mandate, will reproduce the information only if required, and will refrain from disclosing such information to any unrelated third party without the prior written consent of the partner
Any information deemed confidential will remain the property of its owner and will be returned upon receipt of a written or verbal request, or when we have determined that we no longer need this information. We agree that all obligations under this section will remain in effect after the completion of any mandate, regardless of the reason for its termination.
All plans, specifications, diagrams, and other documents prepared by us/for us for the purposes of a mandate are our property. However, a copy of these plans, specifications, diagrams, drawings, reports, and other documents may be provided to the partner upon request, for documentation purposes only. Their use, in whole or in part, for another mandate or for the addition of other work to the mandate, is prohibited without our prior written consent and compensation according to the rates in effect at the time of reuse of these plans, specifications, diagrams, drawings, reports, and other documents.
Regarding the expertise, the content of the expertise and all information exchanged during the process are confidential and the property of the client. This report may only be used by the partner and distributed to the persons, organizations, or companies authorized by the partner, except when disclosure of the content of the report and accompanying documents is required by law. The report will be retained for 7 years after its delivery.
Billing
We will issue our invoice according to the agreed terms for our services. The payment terms are net 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
We will invoice based on the receipt of full payment for the services provided. We commit to informing our clients and partners reasonably in advance of any expenses likely to exceed the estimated amount.
In the event of a failure to fulfill obligations, particularly in paying the fees for the services obtained, our obligations will be suspended. Services will resume once the default has been corrected.
